THE ELEVEN STEP INTENTION MANIFESTATION SEQUENCE

This sequence which addresses the body in its entirety is based on an ever-expanding synthesis of broad spectrum bodywork, breath and movement technologies that explore the inter-connection of your intentions/goals with your emotions, mind, body, spirit and environment.

The purpose of this 11-step sequence is to unite concept and experience – to experience your concepts and embody your experience. It aims to support you in reclaiming both your freedom and the lost parts of yourself, and to awaken an ever-deepening experience and awareness of yourself. It aligns posture, intention and perception.

These sessions give the possibility to become aware of and to re-programme obsolete behavioural patterns, leading to an orientation of success, more choice, a happy, healthy body and a greater enjoyment of life.

The entire human system is addressed during each session, but each session begins with an area of primary focus. The process is progressive; each session builds on the results of the one before, and opens the doorway to a multitude of expanding choices. As one client said, a few months after completion of the series, “It’s an incredible process – it put me in a whole new world!”

TISSUE BREATHING: Lengthening the front of the body and opening up the breath.

Session 2
THE BODY AND THE FIELD:
Exploring the relationship between external and internal realities, inter-action of the energy and physical bodies.

Session 3
THE LEGS, IN METAPHOR AND ACTION:

Session 4
THE BACK, METAPHOR AND REALITY:
How do you back yourself up?

Session 5
SIDES OF THE BODY,
where your metaphors of front and back meet in the middle.

Session 6
THE INNER MID-LINE OF THE LEGS,

Session 7
THE INTERNAL LANDSCAPE BETWEEN THE
DIAPHRAGMS: the organs and their relationships.

Session 8
THE SPINE
and its connections to the rest of the body.

Session 9
SHOULDER GIRDLE TO FINGERTIPS.
Reaching out – metaphors and action, structure and function.

Session 10
THE HEAD AND NECK – INSIDE AND OUT.
Putting your head on straight.

Session 11
MAJOR AND MINOR ENERGY CENTRES,
Moving in the same direction, dancing the same direction, dancing the same dance, singing the same song.
