The Magic of Body Harmony

Introductory Day  Sunday July 10th. 10.00am - 5.00pm

This day will be for newcomers and for people with experience of Body Harmony alike. We will explore how listening to our body's wisdom can provide insight into how to live with more ease and joy. We will also look at how our posture affects our thinking and behavioural responses and discover ways to align more effectively with what we want to create and manifest in our lives.

 

The fundamental principles of Body Harmony will be covered and there will be the opportunity to both give and receive sessions.
