From Distress to De-stress

Would you like more ease in your life?

Come and discover how applying the fundamental principles of Body Harmony to your body, mind and approach to life can dissolve stress, trauma and unhelpful patterns, thereby creating a space of ease in which you can access new possibilities and choices.

Body Harmony is an open and inclusive system of bodywork that embraces any technique or method that promotes wellbeing and living a life we love. It encourages an easy posture aligned with gravity, full and related connection between all parts of our body, and integration between our body, mind, emotions, spirit and intentions. It’s also a lot of fun!

Body Harmony teaches us how to touch in a way that is non-invasive, appropriate and tailored to each person’s unique body. We work on clothed bodies, and the approach and touch can be applied equally to our own bodies and to other peoples’, be they friends, family or clients.

There will be lots of opportunities during the weekend to have a go, to ‘tune in’ to how our bodies feel in that moment, to ask questions and to share. There’ll be explanations of the basic principles, demonstrations of the work, plus inner awareness and breathing exercises.  Teas and coffee will be provided.
